| Takafumi's a good nephew, he's missed 17 birthdays, how thoughtful to give uncle an early present. Also hilarious is that he doesn't know about kuuderes either; kill the dragon with what he's already got (it's an actual world, not bound by the laws of an RPG, after all), so Mabel doesn't open up to give him the weapon he was meant to use. When she decides to open up on her own, his advice to her is to continue being a recluse, cutting off her chances of development. With Fujimiya introduced, this anime has a really stacked cast; Koyasu, Fukuyama, Tomatsu and now Komatsu. I think Fujimiya saw the long strand of hair and got a bit jealous because she thinks Takafumi has a female roommate. Uncle looks like Aoba Shigeru, has the same voice as Aoba Shigeru, has Genodo Ikari's glasses and has watched Evangelion. Yeah, I found it surprising that he didn't know the elf was a tsundere last episode when the trope was present in media from before he fell into a coma. Now we have our answer; he had such a surface-level interpretation of Evangelion that he could only pick up on the obvious; Asuka trying to flirt with Kaji despite his refusal because of her age and immaturity. He took Asuka's behaviour towards Shinji as nothing more than being a jerk. |

| This guy...if I was Takafumi I would feel like I'm on cloud nine just hanging out with my uncle. Just looking at the gaze and sparkle in his eyes when he tells his story form the other world says it all. I just can't with him being so damn relatable either, this guy is something else, and a joy to see every time... |

| I liked it! This one was much better. The arrival of the girl created much needed complexity. The highlight of the episode for me was when Takafumi proved to be just as thick as his uncle when it comes to women LOL And with this I think we get an idea what this anime will be about. Knowing this, it becomes quite clear in retrospect. Though if I'm perfectly honest, I'm still hoping for some isekai action. I still have one final concern though. The story had a few moments at this point where I feared the worst. A turn towards the worst possible scenario (endless flashbacks!!! yikes!! kill it with fire!!!). But so far, so good. |

| The premise is pretty good but the episodes so far have been a snoozefest. The uncle being a loser that doesn't know how to behave in social situations got very old very quickly. |

| Ayo, Takafumi bought Sega Saturn for his uncle. Nice. Another person has learnt about the Uncle's secret. To be honest, her reaction was weird. She was skeptical, but at the same time felt as if it wasn't hard to believe in Uncle's stories. Or maybe it was just to not look rude and mean in front of her crush? ;)) |
