Nice aesthetic but the entire thing feels kind of empty. If someone like Tatsuya Oishi directed this, I would probably like it way more than how much I did, but it's fine for now. What is disappointing is that this type of atmospheric anime are right up my alley.

Motherfucker hasn't even worked a full shift and much less a week in his life and already wants to quit society. Bitch did you even try to live? For this sort of premise Kotoyama should've written an older main character, come on. Will still watch of course, anything with Sora Amamiya as a leading character is mostly a must watch for me.

First of all, the plot is unique. Protagonist dream is to become a vampire and the animation is unique. I liked the shading & background colors used in the episode + animation was detailed in some point.
The characters, Kou & Nazuna both are interesting character but I'm more interested Nazuna. Her design is great + when she revealed her body the animation there was soo detailed, lol
I just wonder how the hell will this plot even move forward and keep me entertain.

The episode was 7.5/10!

It was a solid introduction to the premise. I like that it seems like it's going to highlight the positive aspects of the night and that not everything good and fun happens in the day.

I have no interest for a boring school boy gets his Manic Pixie Dream Girl. I mean, why the fuck should an old vampire even catch interest on that average 14 yo emo boy?
I wanted to see a vampire anime, but I'm really the wrong target audience for this.

I liked the colors used in the night, it so vibrant and it emphasizes the night life. The characters have interesting personalities. Animation wise, its great.

Wow, this is interesting.

My skepticism is that a lot of anime start out with simple ideas like this, and then grow convoluted or pretentious as the series goes on and introduces new concepts and characters. I think this would be a 10/10 if it remained a one episode OVA lol. But what am I saying..... I'm definitely eager to see how the rest of the series pans out. I'm just a bit nervous given the similar shows I've seen.

I also think some aspects were far-fetched or outrageous, and yet, this anime pulled everything off perfectly -- whereas I'd be annoyed by another anime, I found this first episode to be quite charming. The pacing and the dialogue were just so well-executed. And everything just worked.

I did begin watching to see what the hype was about... I had some cynicism, and thought the show might just be average. But I'm very impressed with this first episode, and the dynamic between the two MCs. Something felt fresh. I guess I kinda liked how neither of the characters were being particularly elusive toward each other, and both were just open and frank.

I don't know what I'm saying. But I approve of Episode 1, and found it worth my time.

Great animation by the way. Loved the flying sequences at the end.

A relação deles, o cenário e as musicas estavam legais, mas o plot de vampiro é ruim dele ter que se apaixonar por ela para se transformar em vampiro, mas eu gostei dele se afundar na noite para o sangue ficar mais saboroso e o contraste deles de menino certinho que nunca fez nada de errado e a vampira esquisita e carismática, mas a relação se torna ruim no momento que ele vai tentar se apaixonar por ela apenas para virar um vampiro pois a relação não cresce naturalmente como poderia.

Interesting start, an aimless insomniac meets a rebellious vampire, they’re an odd pair but I’m liking this dynamic between Nanakusa and Yamori. I'm curious to see what kind of trouble these two will get up to. Also If you gotta fall in love with a vampire to become one, does this mean Nanakusa fell in love with someone before to become a vampire, I look forward to finding out...
