The characters are very unique, especially Violet, she is an S level MC, the animation is excellent, the story feels real and the music is top tier... I think it's a perfect show tbh! Maybe im just a fanboy but idc

How it was able to make almost every episode feel like a movie. Was only able to watch 1 or 2 at a time because of how much of an experience it was.

honestly it has to be violet herself as she is basically the winter saber as her use of the prosthetics are ingenious and she's a badass when in combat.

The way it interweaves the episodic stories into the overarching plot is the most interesting part to me. The main story is about how Violet struggles to understand how humans convey emotion, but by gaining experience of various different types of relationships throughout each episode (fathers/mothers/daughters/siblings/lovers), she gains a much better sense of the importance of love, empathy and communication. The result is that we get interesting insights into the lives of Violet's clients, whilst also showing the character development of Violet herself.

I love how many different kinds of love it shows and how Violet is able to learn about all these different forms of love from so many people. Also most of the episode make me cry and literally no other piece of media has the ability to make me do that.

i love how violet gets to learn more about feelings as she interacts with the different characters and as she goes on a journey to discover the meaning behind the last words of her general, we also get to open our eyes to numerous perspectives of life. i also love how her idea of feelings is slowly and gradually being refined as she is asked by other people to write letters for the people they wish to send the letters to. my perspective was also broadened as i watched the series, and made me realize a lot of things. and i love the music too!!!!!! aaaa! evan call is such a great composer!! beautiful pieces for a beautiful series ✨

overall, i love everything about this anime :)

This show is perfect the animation is the best I’ve seen. Violet is the best MC and the story is fantastic. I like how all the side characters play a important role to develop Violet’s character.

Epic delivery for a series that revolves around "Words" & "Conveying thoughts"

Personally I liked Anime ending with Gilbert being dead and Doll like Violet outlook. But facts be this movie is a realistic closure, there was even hint of telephones (not everything would remain the same). Ig that was that for adventures of Violet.

Man i have to say violet's final letter with that goddamn op soundtrack continued with michishirube is the best for me. Transition is smooth af and its just *chef kiss
