| You're super right; MAL should add that second PV to the episode count. Afaik, all the animation shots seen in both are exclusive to themselves, none of it was taken from the actual series, or subsequently reused for the series. |

| I'm glad they changed some stuff from the novels...would have been hella weird with that giant axe being swung around. Just doesn't fit with the great-war era-esque setting vibe. That being said, I wanna know why the hell there was the giant axe in the first place, and now I want to read the novels in English. |
