It's chapter 26 for you but I highly recommend you to start from the beginning.
No dialogue cutoff, much better tension building and explainations.
Also, you'll get hints and info pieces for the main plot. (It is uncovered slowly through games and arcs)

ye it’s 26, but ep 12 ended part way into that chapter so just go down a few panels (also, to everyone who keeps saying ‘i highly recommend you read from the start’, if someone doesn’t want to do that then don’t keep saying it)
