It definitely gets better. I believe the show won´t have a season 2, so read the manga and be happy.

there is hope since the show is the most popular show of the studio so they definitely will consider continuing with their top horse

The manga is far better than the anime. Though it is unfortunate that this anime probably won't get a 2nd season, if I had to recommend 1 experience, it would be the manga anytime

No, just a guess, considering the studio isn't popular. I hope they renew the series!

For reading the manga, should I start from the beginning or just continue from the anime? If so, what chapter in the manga does the anime end?

Start from the beginning even though I said I won't complain about this adaptation before, I simply cannot stand this much disappointment. It's the most awful adaptation imo.Start the manga from the beginning and see yourself.

Read the manga, and start from chapter 20, not chapter 26.

Man, the last 2 episodes were super rushed and skipped a whole lot...

i haven't read the manga but i can see that, the janken game is really awful, i knew from the start that he would win with his left hand going scissor. And with the lady explaining to the leader of the fake tomodachi game, i feel like its not necessary, obviously everyone know what happened. Idk if its the manga's fault or its just bad adaptation.

Yeah, read the manga, there are still a few good games.

The manga is pretty shitty right now though, the plot makes less and less sense. So read at your own risk of being disappointed.

It is the manga, the author believes that some readers arent smart enough to figure things out, so the admins serves as the narrator explaining to the audience. But later on they do play a better role

^
Facts.
By using a side narrator (The admin, mostly Tsukino), the author gives audiences brief explainations, sometimes hints.
Extra facts:
-There are few ppl who just want to speedrun and enjoy the games, light-heartedly.
-Also, there indeed are ppl who can't understand or predict some aspects of the game.
So in the end:
-Some audiences don't really mind those 3rd party narrators.
-Some find them annoying, excessive elaboration.
-Others, need them.
-Personally, I hate extravagant explainations but I don't skip those kinds of talks cuz sometimes they include hints for the games or the main plot.

Okay, so i have read the manga to chapter 80, i agree if they want to use a narrator in the manga but i think there is more important thing to include in the anime since you can understand the scene better with watching and hear it. And the last thing that disturb me with the manga is, they are not consistent with the character, like from high IQ play to low IQ play with no intention or scheme behind it, its just high IQ character having a low IQ brain (not talking about yuuichi, i know he's always have a plan and just playing dumb). (i want to show it but doesnt know how to make a spoiler button lol)

That's something i can't really defend about the manga. The exposition is way too annoying (specially in the first 4 games). They over-explain unnecessary things that isn't even that hard to get. At least as the story progress the expositions decreases and the admins start to take some important roles.

But yeah, that's one of the greatest mistakes the manga has done so far, i can imagine how better it would be if they used more "show, don't tell"

Actually everything was fine and good with the games and the plot until this current arc. The current has been a complete dogshit to say the least.
Besides the main story, what was most interesting about Tomodachi Game was the games, and the current one is completely messy
