Its aight. Its lighthearted and funny, I'd reccomend it. Also watch the frozen bond if you haven't seen that, but it is not lighthearted and funny

It's worth watching. I don't remember it that well (it's been a while), but I believe it covers content that is referenced in the light novel, and is essentially canon, if I'm not mistaken. There's also a frozen bonds OVA that is worth watching.

kizuna one is canon though
if you are a fan of the show i recommend watching both

i haven't read the novel, but what i said was based on what I've seen. You can watch this one or not, doesn't make any difference.
