As stated in the rules, "Remember that it's required to add the start and end dates to any anime you use for our challenges."
That applies to the club in general.
Your series seems to be valid, the one thing was that you didn't add any dates at all. So, please, update that.

On your second form, you need to update the challenge Ending Date.

I’m looking over other people who successfully turned in the challenge and I don’t see any dates anywhere. Where do I include the start and end dates?
