Probably anytime after the skip, Usopp is primarily a long-range fighter, which already gives him an advantage over close to mid-range fighters as long as he can keep his distance. I could be wrong though, I watched the Foxy arc in like 6th grade or smth on my way to catching up to one piece. I’m pretty sure I remember Foxy being fodder though, although his fruit’s so broken

This is why I hate powerscalling. We don’t know anything about foxy after his arc ended. What if he trained even harder than the strawhats and now he is an admiral??
