Hmm. Maybe my initial fear was right. I didn't mention it after the first episode, but the demon king abducting the wife of the knight seemed... scandalous. Almost like he wanted to create his own progeny?

Is that what's going on? Demon king trying to tempt the kid to the dark side? And at some point in the future he'll have to make the decision to be good or evil? That's what I'm thinking, at least. Only thing Idk is why the mom would lie about it (there are a few potential reasons)

His insane training regimen reminds me of Zoro in one piece. Good episode.

MC's the son of the wife and Light Knight, but apparently also have "essence" of Demon Lord?

So...

Does this mean the Demon Lord ACTUALLY did segg the wife and put his own "essence" into her and into MC?

.

And later they gave MC a full day non-stop training, even when resting he's training... meaning there's no actual rest.

Also, they power leveled MC, he gone from level 11 to level 99 in under a week, LOL.
