This Anime made me want to go out and find out more about Marie Antoinette.
This probably paints her in a Good light rather than the reality.
A good History lesson is there for anyone interested in looking her up.
Not the Films, The Documentary's.

I mean, in history there are no good or bad people, so it probably paints her more realistically than most depiction: as a young misguided girl who found herself guiding a nation. At least, that's what I got from it.

i agree with what he said. I didn't think she was painted in any light with a bias here.

I thought she was presented fairly. Sure, in the conclusion she was depicted as this sympathetic tragic character, but throughout the series Rose of Versailles showed her path to downfall.
