| Yikes, they're really pushing a lot of responsibility onto Steina in this show. Leo is doing the right thing in his role although he's also carrying a lot of responsibility. Not going to lie, this episode felt kinda boring without much development besides making Steina more relevant. She's one of the more mature female characters in the show. Leo seems kinda lazy compared to her. |

| So Leo's job as "How a Failed Hero Rebuilt the Demon Lord's Army" starts here. But what a way to wake the Sorcerer General Shutina up, that's also part of the job, but that's about the extent of his work span as the Generals have to do their respective jobs while fending for themselves from workload to personal pressure. From thereon, it's just Leo trying to play his way through to Shutina, but actually showing results. The dark elf Dianette being the first step in Leo's approach to recoup the Demon Lord's Army in replenishing Shutina's mana reactors. And those 2.5 hours aren't for nothing as he delegated the job to others whilst building both manpower and actual power, something that people working under them couldn't voice out their rendered assistance that thanks to Leo's input, does the job more efficiently. Shutina is convinced that Leo can do a good job, though all he wanted was her affection at the end of the job. The next line of Beast General Lily...she's a whole other beast together. Surprising how I'm slowly liking this more and more. Nao Touyama is having banger songs left and right. |

That was funny and heartwarming and a little serious too. Nice to hear some "real" advice that any manager should take on board. Leo really isn't "some dumb hero", if only it weren't for those other "personality traits" |

| I'm enjoying it so far. Without waxing lyrical about some kind of deconstruction of the isekai hero anime trope (which I could if I wanted to sound like a snob) I just find it fun, and pleasant to watch. Characters are interesting, story seems legit and I cant wait to see where it goes. |

| I honestly enjoyed that episode. The pacing seemed decent and it was nice that they spent the whole episode focussing on just Shutina and Leo. Probably my favourite isekai this season so far! |

| Alright this actually seems like it would be good. Good to see the focus on the management aspect and Shutina. The anime's delivering on what's promised and focusing on the characters quite a bit. |

| Nice episode. I thought it was a nice development episode for both Leo and Steina individually and what hardships they have been facing. Very nice and comfortable episode. Loving this anime so far. |

| Pretty weak. Leo's jerk comedy is way more on point than that Healer series, but his master plan execution is boring. Maybe I'll watch one more? Don't think I'd regret stopping now. |
| Shutina/Steina have a hawt body, it's a miracle that the Hero didn't assault her. Tho... this isn't that kinda of genre... lol It's interesting to see how Leo's trying to solve the issues caused by his own "destructive assault" LOL And it was pretty funny to see Leo tease Shutina while Leo already has a plan ongoing. (when Shutina isn't in a serious mood, she's pretty cute) Harem +1? (cause he already has the wolfie girl, lol) ___ ___ ___ Also, the Demons (at least the higher ranks) doesn't seem to be all that "evil" and has a fairly good society. This also makes me wonder what was the reason they decide to invade the Human World... Plus, apparently Leo didn't really "kill" all that much Demons, most Demons went back to Demon World to recover from their injuries. Tho... from how the Human's treat their own hero... my guess is that the Humans are the real villains and the Humans probably secretly been killing Demons and got the Demon Queen angry. ___ ___ ___ |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| So this episode is about Leo taking care of hot chick succy, Shutina, from the start of the morning, till the end of the day, which maintaining all those mountain of over workload routines. Even if the voluptuous great sorcerer general heavily unpleased with the hero existence of slacking, but its in fact, he's creating some revolution to the way of her own work. Delegating it to the trusted colleague. Pretty interesting to see how much teasing Leo served to the hottie succubus, and i really wish its lead into way more than that. However, since this is not about that at all, lets just be done with it already and jump into another trouble in front; taking care of little Lily... |

| Didn't expect this show to be another kingdom building show at first, but I am really digging it so far. For an episode where we were pretty much just at Shutina's office the whole time, that was fun lmao. I really like Shutina and would like more of her, but we're probably gonna be focusing on the other Demon generals one by one. |

| dianette stole this ep for me. but shutina's bits were pretty nice, makes me curious on what the others are doing that they cant help her. so they themself are prob in a pretty hard situation too |
