(YEAH for not heaving to read the 20-40 page introduction anymore) Somehow I can't quite catch the magic behind Katanagatari...it really shows that the plot was written in a 1 book a month rythm. I just hope critics and a friend of mine are wrong and this wasn't the best out of all the volumes...but I can imagine it, because just like them, I can't seem to see Togame and Shichika as interesting characters. Nanami on the other hand was great. |

| Not what I was expecting whatsoever, but that was pretty bad ass, as I wasn't really expecting the stone cold killing when she first started (though I did expect her to be able to fend for herself), I thought there would be actual questioning. I liked the way they tried to humanise the Maniwa dudes to make her seem even more cold. I thought that this was probably the most entertaining episode so far as well, though I did miss the main characters. Also weak collarbones. And poor bee dude. |

| Man, Nanami was some scary stuff. Kind of annoyed how they bragged on and on about the main characters epic history-making battle without showing a minute of it. Kind of rubbing it in our faces. Also: Onsen scene with the two main characters naked next episode? They're really trying to kick off their "relationship" aren't they? |

| in a way im disappointed but in another way im not, seeing Nanami like that was awesome but not seeing the main characters fight was sad =[ and next months episode looks just as good as this weeks argh and so the wait begins again till next month >.< |

Since the fight scenes here are very short, guess the preview at ep3 was the whole fight for the 4th sword. Lol at Togame ticklish at the collarbone but nice service there. So Nanami has Sharingan? She can practically use whatever techniques and skills she sees. She's so powerful and talented that her father doesn't want to make her stronger. I like her, easily fools you with her innocent look then gets all sadistic like that. We still have some short fights but there are 3 fights so it's okay. Next episode is a big armor dude? This keeps getting better and better. |

| Something I really like though, is how they actually make it so that for example, this episode plays out in April, while the last episode was a month earlier in the story, and so on : p Collarbone. Weak stuff. xD And I still find it funny that the shogunate is named 'Owari'. Kinda makes it seem.. Not too powerful xD... Shichika's sister.. Is.. Awesome~ ..But somehow creepy O.o She's so awesome~ Somehow disappointed that we didn't get to see Shichika's fight with that Sabi dude : < Though I'm somehow suspecting Shichika might have to fight his sister somewhere in the end : | That would be... So.. Odd... But it seems kind of logical to me D: (Here's to hoping I'm wrong though : D) |

| Im thinking about dropping it after this horrible episode. Sabi was the most interesting 12 sword holder intoduced so far in the story. Then they go and blow him off like he wasnt even in the show. I could care less about his sister and the boring fights she had with the ninja. Her type of character has been done a 100 times before. They ruined the series for me with the troll job they did at the end of episode 3. Then they make the main character's talk about the fight for 5 minutes just to add more salt to the wound. |

| I've never been so terrified of a little girl than I am now. (only other time was F.E.A.R) I can see Nanami being a future enemy somehow, she obviously has some deep deep hatred for her brother.. I guess we'll see. |
| Nee-chan is seriously scary, I can't imagine what kind of damages she could do if she joined Shichika and Togame. Well, overall the direction was great and as inexpected as this episode could be, it was quite brilliant. |

| Was expecting some sweet action based from the last episode's preview, but they didn't even show the fight, lol. But it was enjoyable watching Nanami own the shit out of those guys, so it's all good. Damn, Nanami is scary! |
