| It's an interesting aspect of the test that the leaders of the teams are also being graded on how well they teach their teammates to overcome obstacles that they may be facing. It makes a lot of sense for it to be scored, as well as so many other things. This plotline is is as much of a mystery theme as it is a training theme. |
