I watched a amv of this anime some hours ago and the animation looked pretty good but it's moefied a bit (not saying if it's a bad thing or a good thing tho)

So should I watch it ?
It looked like it had romance but it doesn't have a tag uh- ?

Tamako Market is just a generic KyoAni CGDCT show

Tamako Love Story which is the sequel film is the one with romance in it and it's fukin amazing. Definitely a different style of romance than the usual

If you like a cute, warm and wholesome slice-of-life then you will probably enjoy it.

As far as romance goes, it is initiated in the TV series, and you can kinda get invested into it, but for that I recommend watching the movie after, which basically tackles all the romance you could want from the TV series.

While TV anime is just decent, movie sequel is actually great.

If you like slice of life you’ll probably like it. There’s some romance in it but most of the romance happens in the sequel movie Tamako Love Story.

100% yes you should.

There’s nothing special about it. It’s just really wholesome and pretty funny frankly. And also incredibly enjoyable. I feel in love with both Tamako Market and Love Story. So yeah, I’d say you should give it a shot.

It’s a wholesome show. It doesn’t have any interesting plot and convoluted characters though. It’s simply slice of life. If you’re into that, you should watch it.

I think it’s a cute and funny anime. So the Series is cool but the Movie Tamako Love Story is a Masterpiece. I love it😍

If you like slice of life and light comedy genres, Tamako Market is a good one...almost like K-on, Tanaka-kun kedaruge, Barakamon.. if you watch it too. I personally like Tamako Market too.

I am the type of person to watch "chill" anime, especially when things are a bit rough irl. Tamako Market is just that. It is the infamous CGDCT. I actually just finished watching it, including the movie, and it was a blast. Although, the movie made it feel like the series could have been way better if it wasn't for a certain character.
