My man you’re really doing everything wrong. First of all why don’t you go blind in the story? Why do you care about others opinion? If you’re looking for a „Titan bad, human good“ story from now on, you can drop the series. It gets much more mature with the themes (political).

Btw this season is much more interesting than season 1

Well in my opinion it is better then s1 and s4 p1
Thou it's heavyly focused on drama and build up for s3p2 and action is minimum, it becomes more political so if it's not your thing just bear with it and get to s3p2 you will definitely love after that if you want to drop it go right ahead

It’s still really good. I focuses alot more of the politics and alot of questions are answered. It is really just a set up for season 3 part 2 which most people consider to be the best season. So stick with it and I’m sure you’ll enjoy

yeah worse than the other seasons. we get levi backstory and fights against game npcs only to get the human bad part completely thrown out in part 2 to get revived later in s4

For me this season is when AOT starts to get complex and deeper. We start to see themes such as politics, moral and ethical conflicts, corruption, among many others. You also get to see Levi’s backstory (you can see more of it in Levi’s OVA, No Regrets) and you get introduced to some characters that are important for character development of characters such as Historia, Levi, Eren and Hange.
Needless to say, the very next part (s3p2) is arguably the best arc in the series and for most people is the peak of AOT (tied for me with the arc we are on right now on s4p2).
Also, in the OVA you saw (Lost Girls), Mikasa’s episode is chronologically located in this season, so more reason to keep watching.
This season is not as action packed or as epic as others, but it has some good fights, amazing conversations and a message that a character leaves that I totally loved when I saw.
If you enjoyed the past 2 seasons, you’ll enjoy this one too.

just finish aot bro, I don’t see how any of these opinions will be of any help to you, the answer to this question will be very diverse. you’re just hearing a louder minority of aot haters. aot doesn’t have bad seasons, imo it literally just gets better every season EXCEPT season 3 p2 outdoing season 4 but season 4 is still GREAT, just p2 was something else….

The Animation and all are amazing but it doesn't add a lot to the main plot, so many found it boring. Me personally, it was really good and has a very awesome finale. Also Season 3 Part 2 is an absolute masterpiece, so maybe watch this just for Part 2.

S3 and S4 are both split into parts (S3pt1, S3pt2, S4pt1, S4pt2). This is the first part of S3, which, while essential to the story, has been criticized as being an abrupt change of pace. It’s not bad, and it’s extremely important to the narrative, but it’s personally one of my least favorite chunk of episodes. Again, it’s not bad. It’s good. The whole show is good, it’s just different from other parts of the story. Not to worry though, S3pt2 is a lot of people’s favorite arc, and I personally think S4 is wear AoT shines the most. You’ve got no reason to stop now

Part 1 of S3 has its good moments that are some of AOT’s best to offer but it really isn’t much compared to the overall delivery of S1.
However, Part 2 of S3 is very very good. So proceed how you will with that info.

I don't know why. I thought this season was pretty good. I would just give it a try. I wouldn't base whether or not you're going to like something off of other people's experience. You're likely to deprive yourself of an enjoyable experience. Plus, it develops the plot.

The story is great and continues with character devlopment and plot twists, but it becomes slow and the plot feels really off, in my opinion this is the worst thing happened to AOT but S3 Part 2 is better than this

For me the biggest reason I love AOT is it's story and this season adds a lot to it. Many questions are answered, while the whole setup for S3P2 is made, the action is minimum but is still OP. All in all, as many people said before me, this season focus alot more on politics than action so if that isn't your thing, you may not enjoy this as much as previous seasons, for me though and many other fans AOT just kept on improving with every new season, so this season was much better than previous seasons.

It's easily the best season in the show. The pacing is phenomenal. There was only one small bit of it that I didn't care for, but everything else was great. I hated season 2 so much I decided to stop watching after that finished a long time ago and only recently did a friend of mine convince me to pick the show back up. And oh boy, am I fucking glad I did.
Tho S4P1 is kinda eh and honestly I feel the show should have just ended after season 3. S4P2 is looking to fix that a bit though.

Season 3 and Season 3 Part 2 is the peak of AoT, my dude. You got amazing moments, character developments for Eren and Historia, Story reveals and developments that connected to the larger themes of AoT: Ending cycles and future generation/getting children out of the forest. To me, Season 3 as a whole serves as a major foundation to the finale before it was retconned.

People who don't like season 3 are honestly baffling.

It's less dramatic and more action-packed but it's necessary to watch because it peels layers of the world of AoT and also develops some characters. It's less phenomenal imo but it's a progression for the story and definetely needed to watch to have more context for the upcoming seasons

Just the anime in generel is really good. S 1-2 is just good fight with learning a little bit more of the story. S 3 part 1 is interesting cause you learn SO MUCH about the back story of characters and just the anime in total. Season 3 part 2 is again a trashy shonen battle that is insane. Season 4 part 1 is so interesting cause it takes a more political view of the series and we get the most ibteresting role change and learn so much. Season 4 part 2 is a build up to one of THE hypest moment for anime history. Im not saying this as an opinion, it will brake the internet with its ending!! If i kind of spoiled it, im a little sorry, but it just shows that no matter what people say about it, Attack on Titan will be in History class for future anime when it ends, no one will forget AOT.
