I know this is an old post now but thank goodness someone has the same thoughts as me, only just watched episode 21 and I'm still confused about a lot of these things too, especially Bosse's motivations, they've been murky to me since the moment he possessed Daida's body. |

| The animation was awesome in this episode. That fight between Bojji and Bosse somehow looked like a child friendly version of Levi Vs Kenny and Levi Vs Monke fight. Also everything about Miranjo at the end seemed kinda confusing. I hope they explain it in the next episode. |
| Watch this episode way too late, but i can see how all the fuss coming from, especially for the next episode. But before that, the amount of sakuga level and effort Wit put into this really well done and appreciated. I can see that there's something different and great coming up when the camera angle suddenly changed into the fisheye xd. For the story wise, its to be expected having Bojji defeat Bosse, as how Despa already guess it previously. Still, with the swordmanship style of Bojji whose life-sparing someone as troubled as Bosse actually a big bet for Despa himself. If Bojji unable to dodge the invincible swing of Bosse. The deaf boy would be done for already. Gladly with that 'GoW' titan fight scene, that's how Bojji handle Bosse. So, Miranjo really ask Bojji to destroy the mirror. But why Bojji prevent Bosse to destroy the mirror by himself? Not to mention Despa encouragement too. Damn, Bojji had a great confidence inside which make him did the impossible decision like that. That's the key, lad. King decision to take a difficult choice by his own hands; save Daida, kick Bosse out, and possibly lift Miranjo deal with the demon. But, how? That's when Daida matter next, i think. Alright, there's also a slight conversation between Desha and ranking of king envoy. King of the underworld denied the first rank offer, in addition of also reject the treasury as a reward for the first place. Seems like the envoy displeased with Desha decision. Whats the matter? Pretty sure those kind of subject shall be more disclose in the next continuation of this, if Wit decide to continue this. I assume, its about the Gods scheme from some of the previous episode revelations. But for more detail, well, lets just finish Miranjo case first before jumping up to Ranking of King matters. Hopefully... |

| This episode is so freaking good! So the devil is to blame, hope we will see Bojji defeat him soon! But it was a fantastic ending for Bosse and almost Miranjo. |

| Dare I say, epic Bosse fight this episode... okay I'll take my leave now. Great episode once again, but my only critique is that it still isn't crystal clear what Bosse's motivations actually were. I'm glad that there are people who understand in the discussions, so that it's clearer for me, but I wish I was able to understand just by watching the episode (although admittedly that is maybe my own fault). One thing that still isn't clear yet is what Bosse's relationship with Miranjo actually was; seems like a mix of friend, daughter, companion, or possibly even slightly romantic. |

| So... Miranjo lost her mother and knows how painful it is. And despite that experience, her plan still included to kill Bojji's mother to cause even more pain. And now people act like Miranjo is actually someone worth being saved? |
| Back in the first cour, Goshozono's episode was my favorite one and it's the same for the 2nd cour as well. POVs, bending perspectives, blending 3d layouts, is a really strong episode. Ah yes, now it's all the devil's fault and not Miranjo's (although to be fair, she never was shown as those conically evil characters lol) |

| I can't avoid feeling sorry for Miranjo, she did such awful things. But her life was so damn miserable, that I can't hate her anymore. Mixed feelings, cause I can't really feel like what she did is easily forgiven either. |
| Well despite some of my critiques towards the plot, I have no complaints with this top notch production quality. And no matter how many times I see it, that demon is creepy as Hell. I wanted to make sure Bosse's motives were on full display before jumping the gun on any theories or predictions. From what I gather, he felt he owed Miranjo a debt and was conflicted between wanting to shoulder her sins vs not wanting to hurt the people of his kingdom. I think he ultimately staked it all on his fight with Bojji, where he would accept whichever result took shape. But even so, I can't say this revelation connects all of the pieces and fully diminishes my dissatisfaction with the second cour. One thing that particularly irks me this episode is how Bojji understood Miranjo, who was a formless shadow in the mirror. In general, it feels like Bojji's disabilities have been conveniently bypassed for most of this arc. |
