 Remember in elementary school when we'd write Valentine's Day cards for our friends, or maybe even for someone special~? MALentine Mystery 💌 is a community event based around this idea. Valentine's cards are created in the spirit of one anime character giving the card to another, and then everyone guesses which anime the card belongs to. This event was held first in 2017, and is now being re-run in 2022. Check out the 2017 Showcase for inspiration~ Part One: Submissions You are tasked with creating a Valentine's Card from one anime/manga character to another. The goal is to make the card's anime and sender easy for players to guess. The card cannot contain: ♥ Spoilers! ♥ The sender or recipient's name. ♥ Images of any human/speaking characters from the anime (i.e. a cat who only meows is okay). Submit your card Part Two: Guessing Game Once we collect all of the cards, we will create the guessing game.  Every player who seriously attempts to guess will receive a profile badge for participating.No spamming the form with nonsense >_> Even if you do not make a card, you can still guess! After the game closes, we will rank the cards by: ♥ Most correct guesses ♥ Most difficult to guess ♥ Best card design Creators can aim for first or last place in these rankings ;) The only prize offered is, as usual, bragging rights~ Card Submission Deadline Sunday, Feb 13th, 12:00 PST You must send in your valentine's card before this date! | I'm not at all creative so gonna skip out on making cards but definitely gonna participate in the guessing game! Well now I have something to look forward to on 14th Feb. Edit: I tried to make a card. Submitted the google form and then remembered that the card cannot have any speaking characters. F. Now the card is bound to be rejected so I'll just show my pathetic excuse for a card here xD. |
