| Some people seem to really hate the pacing of this series (specifically the America stuff and after), but I disagree: the speed has helped me overcome the lag that I felt while constantly reading the same thing over and over again (there's a problem, so lets build this, but then we can't find that, so then we need to work together to do this, but there's a reason why we can't work together which might ruin everything, but once that's solved we fix everything and move on to the next problem). The biggest pull of the series has been why man, so even though the build up to the moon landing should have taken up a majority of the series in terms of total time, I think the speed of this last arc has been perfect, since it's keeping people invested and also preventing the inevitable slog that would have occurred if the story's speed didn't change which would have made people get bored and eventually drop the series. |

I can agree with you, my only issue is that you don't feel passage of time because of fast pace. They literally spent as many (or even more) years on building rocket as Senku was alive between petrification events. deg said: CorporateChad said: Now then, we are on the moon.
