I watched all of the series, and quite enjoyed it. Is the manga worth reading even if I've watched it all? How faithful is the adaptation?

Short answer: Read the manga, at least the Teiko arc.
Long answer:
I watched it twice and read the manga. I personally prefer the anime, mostly because the moves the miracle gen, kuroko, and kagami do are beautifully animated. Plus the anime has a very faithful adaption. However, the Teiko arc felt rushed and you’re missing out on some things. The manga dives deeper on what happened in middle school, especially with Aomine. At the very least I would highly recommend reading this. But overall the manga is just as emotional and intense as the anime, so if you enjoyed the anime, you should try the manga.
