When I say a "good" world, I mean a world where the majority of characters, regardless of how they are initially introduced, are easily defined as being good-natured, and there is no one that would be defined as intentionally evil to any degree.
- To elaborate, I would define "intentionally evil" as any act that puts self-interest above morality. Forcing one's desires upon another, exploiting another for personal gain, breaking rules/laws in an inherently selfish manner, etc.

Capeta fits this to a tee.
Run with the Wind comes close, but there is one character who is definitely overly antagonistic.

Houkago Teibou Nisshi fits the description ^

Probably, definitely depends thought. For example, In Girls und Panzer the MC is literally threatened with expulsion if she doesn't join Tankery, so I'd say that there are probably some not-so good-natured characters in that one haha.

... Did you forget how the ants literally wanted to turn all of humanity into meat farms? Also, in Mob Psycho, Hanazawa intentionally continues to attack mob simple because he wants to prove that he is the alpha out of the two of them, even though Mob has no desire to fight him. Takes it to the point of trying to kill mob, just to get him to fight back... Not to mention the fact that Klaw is literally described as an evil organization bent on taking over the world. Heck, even the telepathy club only tries to recruit mob in order to have enough members so they don't have to shut down their club. It isn't even a real club, only one of them are even remotely interested in telepathy and the rest just use it to hangout and spend the club's budget on snacks. Literally, filled with people who put self-interest over morality.
Not sure how you think either of those worlds are free of character who do anything "intentionally evil".

Aria and Hakumei to Mikochi?

Flying Witch too, I'd say. A lot of SoL and CGDCT.

Sure I'll throw Dog Days into the ring. The main premise is set on these friendly "wars" where everybody just fake fights, nobody gets hurt and at the end they all shake hands and like each other. I can't recall a single human that was actually portrayed as evil. Only thing that comes close are these mysterious demon swords that mostly corrupt animals for whatever reason. But the creatures they corrupt also just end up being "good" so yea I think it's a fairly safe choice.

Aria comes to mind. It’s literally just a bunch of friends having fun in neo-Venice.

Natsume Yuunjinchou comes to mind first. Even the yokai attacking Natsume aren't really malicious by nature.

I think it's not because of good or bad characters but something realistic, in GUP the school is threatened with closing due to lack of awards/prestige so its a good thing they revived the tank club & made the MCs think its a good thing

But the MC did not join because she thought it was a good thing. She only joined because 1. she was blackmailed and 2. because her new "friends" were fighting the student council for her and she didn't want them getting in trouble. (I put friends in quotes because they hardly know each other so the scene feels wholly unrealistic, and they only become "friends" with her because they think it'll be entertaining).
Even if the argument is, "if the MC hadn't join the entire school would've had to shut down" there is the simple counter-argument of, "perhaps the Student Council, should be less focused on forcing students to things against their will, and instead, devote that same time and energy to just being good at Tankery."
Also, I don't think it is at all realistic that the Student Council would be allowed to threaten a student with expulsion if they don't join a specific NON-MANDATORY class.
