I'm only at chapter 7 and i already think of it as one of the best mangas i have ever read up there with the likes of Kaiji, so this got me thinking will this get an anime adaptation if so it would be awesome!

I'm at chapter 108. And I can't the main male character is so hot(second character after L that I actually have a crush on lol), I just love the confidence and weirdness. But I don't think they'll make an anime actually because they would have already if they were going to.

They have a live action instead of making an anime, and if they wanted to make an anime they already would have. I just finished reading it and it was awesome, one of the best manga I've ever read.

I have been watching the Japanese live action. It sadly cuts out a lot of the good parts of between the games, but does a decent job at adapting the games themselves. Check it out if you are hurting to see the story in film.

Personally, I hope that there will be an anime adaptation one day (especially since I wasn't a big fan of either of the live action adaptations) but realistically, I doubt that there will ever be one.
