| Not for me at all, but it is top 10 anime of the year for me at least. Maybe would fall in the 5th to 8th area, depends on the quality of the 2nd cour till its finish. |
| A few weeks ago, I would've said yes to that, hands down, but man, with Mushoku Tensei's fantastic last couple of episodes (IMO) in the past few weeks, it's hard to say, and I think people like @KANLen09 and @animejas can understand me on why so. If anything it's easily a top 5 from this year for me at the very least. |

| absolutely not, I get why it's popular but it's not that special to me, I can't personally give it more than an 8 right now, a 9 if it ends REALLY well but it's certainly not a 10 for me. |

| Unless A1 somehow drops the ball for the last five episodes then 86 is absolutely my AOTY. There's been other fantastic shows this year but this one just hits me different. But damn shout out to 2021 for being the best year of anime in a long time. |

It's also really nice to see how A1 adapts it because they put some serious effort into every single episode, which I just cannot comprehend. I also like Mushoku this season though, but the unnecessary stupid jokes and scenes where it portrays sexuality just kill the enjoyment for me. So 86 easily takes the cake home for me this season. That's all fine for now, but what about when we get to the "Shin wears Lena's pantsu on his head" arc ;-) |

| Gonna be hard to compete with To Your Eternity either way. I wasn’t enthralled with S1 of 86, but I’m liking S2 a lot more so far. It’ll depend on how it ends. |

| I haven’t watched anime this year really outside of 86 as I’m kinda busy. However, I was willing to make time for 86 precisely because I fell in love with the novel and Asato’s writing. I don’t care if it’s the best this year, but it’s the best an LN adaptation could get. The level of attention to detail, translating scenes from the LN into anime while taking full leverage of the audio-visual medium of anime to convey emotions and necessary symbolism, the amount of love put into it, adding anime orginal details to elevate the original source instead of skipping stuff like most LN adaptations do. It can’t get any better than this. I just wish SukaSuka had this same level of adaptation. |

| It is not that good Ousama Ranking is by far the best anime of the season, and one of the best this year. I also put these anime above 86 Mushoku Tensei, The world's best assassin Tokyo Revenger Fumetsu no Anata e Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi (this one is so underrated) Edens Zero More people need to watch Ousama Ranking. It does have high score but not popular enough and most people here probably did not watch it (some people judge anime from cover without watching it unfortunately even though the anime has violence).. Strongly recommend people to watch 5 episodes of this anime and I'm 99% sure you will like it. Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi is also very underrated. It has over the top stuff llike Kill La Kill but some SJW people downvoted it because of assault scene on first episode |
