Every time people discuss the most OP shounen protagonists, they always mention Saitama, Goku, Gon or even Gojo. But the thing is, these characters wouldn’t stand a chance against DORAEMON. No matter what you say, Doraemon is one of the most and if not that, he is the most powerful anime character ever. He can literally do anything with his gadgets, LITERALLY ANYTHING. Doraemon is so OP that when things get serious in the movies, they always have to find a way to get rid of Doraemon’s pocket to nerf him or else the guy can obliterate his enemies. One gadget for example is the dictator switch, which Nobita used to LITERALLY make every. Single. Person on planet earth disappear with just one press of a button. Literally just one press of a button. So next time you say Saitama is the most OP protag, keep this in mind.

Making any generalization for anime or manga characters is completely useless as there is an infinite amount of anime and manga characters of all kinds and encompass everything, it is impossible to say if one is better than all the others in anything because you will never be able to know all of them as they are unending.

I can name at least eight characters that can wipe out most of the shonen jump (cannot say all because it is impossible to know all the characters and their powers and abilities), as well as doraemon with no effort, such as Featherine and Battler from Umineko, the Core of the Abyss from Pandora Hearts, Reinhard Heydrich from Dies Irae, Anos Voldigold from Maou Gakuin, as well as the final versions of Rimuru from Tensura and Naofumi from Tate no Yuusha and so on.
