According to the stats, most of the members (except 'plan to read' members) "completed" this manga. From where? I could only found until 11th chapter.

As far a i know , only Chapter 1-11 got scanned.
Those who completed it probably got their hands on the remaining magazines , or simply lied/made a mistake.
