| +1 for some of the more mentioned shows like Nanoha, Madoka, Utena. Would also recommend some more obscure shows in Revue Starlight, Flip Flappers, and Princess Principal. Hope you find something you like! |
| +1 Puella Magi Madoka Magica and its sequel movie Rebellion (this anime is pure perfection; Homura personifies badassery), Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha, Princess Tutu, Revue Starlight I would also add: Mai-Hime and Mai-Otome - awesome soundtrack by Yuki Kajiura (PMMM, Fate/Zero) - interesting plot (may be somewhat slow for some people but it does get faster paced) - likeable characters (they really start to go grow on you throughout the series) - very underrated (at least in my opinion) Symphogear - awesome music and interesting plot - the 2nd season is especially great Yuuki Yuuna - somewhat dark - 2nd and 3rd season where especially good (I believe the 4th season is airing right now) |

| Pretty Cure is a good one. There are many seasons to it, so I'd go with Splash Star, Fresh, HeartCatcher, Smile, and Go Princess. Card Captors Sakura is a classic one. If you want one with good fighting, Symphogear is a great one. Very underrated. |
