Why are some titles in English and some in romaji?

I know people have asked for some sort of toggle or option to make all titles English, but that doesn't matter too much to me. I just want consistency. The same naming scheme should be used for every title.

I mean it's kind of silly that I can search for a show by it's English title and not find it, then the next show I search for by a romaji title and I don't find that either! Just pick one or the other lol.
