Like you said, Tapas translated the first 36 chapters (season 1) and then seemed to drop it. That was in 2016 so I guess it's dead. It doesn't look like the rest has been translated anywhere. Also you don't necessarily have to pay on Tapas, they often have giveaways of ink (their in-app currency) which you can use to unlock the chapters.

sad because this along with knight run are some of the only interesting manhwas with interesting premises, (kubera and tog as well, but those release at a snails pace now so they are hxh level)
i wish less manhwas would talk about slice of life or romance, and more interesting space operas or abstract concepts, I really like the other work of this author Estancia
