| I’m a no-dropper, but if an anime is extremely long and boring, and I have zero interest in the story and characters, and don’t care to see things through to the end, then I may consider dropping it. The anime has to basically feel like torture or a massive waste of time for me to consider dropping it. |

| I drop shows during the first episode (and never add them to my list) if anything annoys me about the show, be it characters, excessive fan service, bad/cringey humor, or anything like that. Usually once I make it past episode 1, I don't drop, even if the show goes horribly wrong after that (I just won't pick up any sequel to said dumpster fire.) I mostly pick up 1-cour seasonals so it's not *that* much time lost (Blue Reflection Ray was 2-cour though, oof.) |

| Same. Only thing that makes me drop something is pure boredom. So long as something can hold my attention, I can tolerate ALOT of stuff. I think boring is the absolute worst thing any form of entertainment can be. |

| If it's bad. There's no single flag that if done -> drop or vice versa, just if the the show is bad. Though, if I were to identify tropes that signify low quality early on, it'd probably be the cast being dull or annoying, or the story being generic or stupid. Really, just if I can tell it'll suck early on, I'm out, no real way to narrow it down. |
