| Because they made a mistake. Anime/Manga entries are submitted by people and approved by moderators (Both time have human error) not enough to dwell on it though. Also (By technicality) the first season was Ecchi oriented and season 2 was toned down a lot that might be the real reason for that R+/PG-13 thing. |
