Will it ever end?

Looking to possibly pick this up. Is this one of those endless stories or does it have an actual plot and will end in the foreseeable future?

The plot seems to be going towards a conclusion. In one of the afterword (volume 16, I guess), the author mentioned it was the final arc of the series.

this is just my rough speculation

after i read all 17 volumes, i saw 3 latest volume cover starting from Haruhiro, Merry, and Ranta. I also saw the Volume 18 cover a few days ago, Yume will covered the 18th volume. There are still Shihoru, Kuzaku and Setora (probably will be included along with Kiichi) so at least, we might have 3 another volumes in the following months.

yeah the author meantionned that it was really the final arc sadly

So are there any relationships, like is the MC intimate with any of the girls? I only watched anime and im curious what girl is with MC.

There are no concrete relationships (at least not yet) but there are hints. Some characters clearly like some others and if they survive they will end up together. It's a slow burn.
