| A bit more conservatively animated than I expected considering it's only 8 minutes but I suppose it'd be difficult trying to animate intense sequences with Eternatus/Zacian/Zamazenta. It's fine for what it is in the end. |
| Pretty great, although I wished they actually showed the final battle between Leon and the protag. Still nice to see actual ingame moments animated like this though. Looking forward to future episodes. |

| Very nice, although Sword/Shield has one of the weaker stories of any mainline Pokémon game, IMO. Still, they worked with what Sw/Sh gave us, and it was pretty faithful to the same battle as seen in that game Really excited to see what they do in the gen 5 and 7 episodes, since those are the games with the best story by far, IMO. Gen 3 could be great too if they base it on ORAS rather than RSE (which seems likely, since Zinnia's on the poster, lol) But, hey, none of the mainline games are bad, or anything like that, so I'm sure all the episodes will be amazing in their own way! I just happen to be most excited for the ones based on my favorite games, lol |

| I feel like Twilight Wings set too high of a bar for any other studio with a lesser budget to match, but it was still enjoyable. It's a shame that the actual Pokemon anime doesn't follow the events of the games like the manga does (for the most part). Bede made an appearance so this episode gets 10/10. |

Of course not. Johto's Remakes are amazing, but BW/BW 2 are just as good games but with a far superior story. And when it comes to anime, most of the fans agree that DP (Gen 4) was the best season. The "golden age" of Pokémon for those of us who continue with the franchise after it went out of style is from Gen 3 to Gen 5 in terms of video games. The anime reached its peak in Sinnoh and then went to hell, but XY and SM have nothing to envy from the first few seasons. For me, the Kalos region was the peak in terms of anime, and the Unova region (B/W B2/W2) was the best in terms of the games. X and Y anime was just phenomenal. Ash had arguably the best team, one of the best villains, best girl Serena, also in the anime Ash actually felt like he had grown up a bit. The animation was also better than the previous seasons. |

| I guess this style has a wider appeal but it looks ugly coming from Shin Yama's versions. Never really cared for the story of games of gen 8, so it makes sense to me why I didn't care much. Overall, it was meh. |

| Why is Leon's Charizard in a Ultra Ball? And trying to catch a Legendary Pokemon with a normal Pokeball.. Battle was amazing to watch though. |
