I suggest to start from beginning. Only a few scenes are removed but it's still a good read

Start from chapter 50 dude I started yesterday too ... But dropped right away cuz I thought It would be waste to read now cuz S2 gonna come soon and animes like these don't feel that good when you had already read manga.

Start from Chapter 50, however, considering that is the starting point for S2 I wouldn’t recommend you to read it right away or you will spoil yourself.
If that’s not a concern for you, then go ahead and continue from that chapter.

don't worry either way you would not enjoy rent a girlfriend as it get trashier every chapter.
Believe me you can ask any manga reader like me who is reading it,they will only trash talk it.
So better not get your expectations high.
