As others have said the entire anime is anime original. However there is the manga sequel to the original - Wraith Arc which I can see how you could be confused. But this movie in particular will take place after the third movie made afrer the two remake movies (Madoka Magica Rebellion) which takes place after the Wraith Arc (I'm also not sure whether Wraith Arc's manga is actually canon). Also details on when or what this movie is even about are unknown.
