im currently watching this because I want to refresh my memory of the manga, but never watched the anime so im thinking i could just watch the anime instead,
im wondering if its a decent replacement for the manga, if it adapted it accurately or fully,
i remember most of the events but my memory is foggy can some one tell me?

I never read much of the manga, but I’m pretty sure they never finished it.

They definitely never finished it because 52 episodes would not be enough. But you can also feel there's more to it. The world and cast are big enough for it. I liked how they ended it though. Great great Anime.

They didn't adapt the full manga but there isn't that much left of the story. Probably something like 24 episodes would be needed to finish it fully. I'd say about 2/3rds of the story was in the anime.
