| Wow that was truly a moving backstory for Noe, RIP Louise, now I understand Noe's and his feelings better, at least in the present he has Vanitas now. |

| I think this was the best episode yet. We finally found out what half-broke Noé and Domi. I have not read the manga but I had already figured out Louis was dead (I think it was hinted earlier); I just had no idea how/why he died. So that Charlatan parasite*, or whatever/whoever it is, was the reason Louis died. Hence why Noé wants to avenge his childhood friend. Quite an emotional episode. As for Noé's mentor he is creepy af. Is he somehow connected to Charlatan? Damn, he was utterly ruthless in decapitating Louis. At least Noé was saved in the nick of time by Vanitas. *Is it a kind of personification of the curse or is there more to it than meets the eye? |

| Absolutely wholesome backstory, until the curse sunk in... Thank goodness Vanitas was there to save Noé from falling prey to the devil's bargin. |
| Great episode and this answered why Noe hatred for Charlatan can't blame him for that. also as Louis said what a tasteless grandfather... he didn't help her at all and made her see her disease and called her free while just watching... what a monster. Poor Louis didn't die by Noe hand either, I was hoping for her survival but ended up in vain. 5/5 |

| I watched till the end under the assumption that Louis is a girl, for some reason. Pretty good backstory for Noe; really sad. |

| Noé, Louis and Domi were fricking adorably wholesome as kids... makes it even more messed up what happened to Louis because of Charlatan. |

| Their sensei is so cunningly creepy... Domi was actually quite adorable in the past But her current self is somewhat mysterious... |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| The part where Louis was carving the weapon to kill himself was really dark wtf. Also damn Vanitas took you long enough sure had a good time at the rooftop huh. |
| Noe's backstory? I was quite expecting it, I had to some of the overshadowing references for the manga already sigh... Eitherways, the episode was a sad one, that was depicted through animation so well. It was more stimulating to watch it animated imo. Outstanding work by Aniplex. |||IT FELT IMPORTANT TO WATCH.
