No, this movie is the weakest part of the series IMO but it is still a good watch.

Everyone's saying no, but there's really nothing confirming whether it's canon or not, I'm pretty sure. The movie wasn't created by the same guy who wrote the manga, but it has been adapted to a light novel, so I think that's a pretty strong indicator that it IS canon. Not 100% sure though. A good watch either way.

The people saying it's not are wrong, Dead Apple connects directly to season 3 so it is canon, even though it's not in the original manga.
