| Hi, I have a problem when I try to access to https://myanimelist.net/ : this particular page is suuuuper long to load on desktop (not on mobile design, even on my PC), and only when I'm connected. This issue is about the homepage only, the others pages on the site are fine and loads immediately. I tried without plugins on my browser, on different browsers, and even on different PCs or VM: same problem. Is there something wrong with my account? | @Kaikko For some reason I missed your topic when you made it, sorry. I just helped another user with this problem and that's how I found your topic now. So I would suggest you do the same as the other user did: Go to your panel settings: https://myanimelist.net/editprofile.php?go=panelsettings First of all: Please take a screenshot of the current panel settings and send me a screenshot of it for future reference. Then set everything to "0" or "hidden" so that it won't show anything. Then try again to go to https://myanimelist.net/ and see if it loads faster. If it does, then enable the things you want in your panel settings one by one to see which one causes the problem. If it doesn't help, then here are some additional questions: - Which browser are you using? (name + version) - Are you using any extensions that block things on websites (AdBlock, uBlock etc.)? - Does it also happen if you're using a different internet connection (for example at school or your mobile connection)? |

| Great that it's resolved :) And thanks for the settings! You don't have a lot of things in your panel so it's definitely not a problem with having too much... If you re-enable the friend list updates now it might also work (it might have been just broken back then). You could also try it with a different order number in case there are still problems. And if this ever happens again let me know and maybe the devs can have a look at it then. |
