Fullmetal Alchemist
| I have read Fullmetal Alchemist and read 97% of what’s currently out of D.Gray-man, and I’ve seen the two compared a lot. Why do people find them really similar? Fullmetal Alchemist should be compared to Chrono Crusade and D.Gray-man to Pandora Hearts. FMA and DGM have some similarities, but aside from those similarities, they aren’t that similar. I would like to hear other people’s opinions on these comparisons! |

I would like to hear other people’s opinions on these comparisons! From my vague vague memory from long ago, I think primarily Edward Elric and Allen Walker are often compared. Maybe its the fact that they're both European in semi-classic shonen manga set in Europe, and both characters lose a body part... but other than that idr why the two series are compared. |
