That has more to do with the fact that you can't really tell much else about mineta outside of being a pervert. The likes of jiraya, Sanji and master roshi are much more popular pervert characters but who also receive minimum hate for that reason because just like hisoka they have many other qualities that make them enjoyable to watch. Also contrary to the others hisoka also has much fewer instances of him acting that way as well and far more of him acting as the agent of chaos that he primarily is. |
