Chapter release

Kohske (The author.) has a severe case of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) that leaves her with low energy and a lot of pain. This means she has to take frequent downtime for treatment and/or hospitalization.

Since chapter 56 released last year she was in the hospital for about a month if I remember right, then later had to have a surgery done on her eye which left her partly blind in that eye.

Because of all this she (obviously) has a hard time working on the comic, resulting in a slow release schedule.

As for chapter 57 specifically: It's actually done already and has been for several months now. She tweeted that she finished and submitted it to her publisher in February, but was unsure as to when they planned on releasing it.

The good news is that the series isn't at risk of cancellation from any of this, as she's stated many times that her publisher are fully supportive of her and give her all the time and resources she needs.

All that being said, she does still draw regularly when she's feeling up to it. She posts new art quite often on her fanbox page.
