| These episodes seem to be totally unrelated to each other sometimes...also that doll was creepy as hell lol. I think Tenma was lying about cheating aswell. Although, I think this anime is slowly showing us his personality flaws to show he's a normal person as well. Contrary to how they'd do it in a shonen anime - like Death Note. |

| I this interesting episode, we get more proof that Johan can manipulate people psychologically. However, what is new, is that we find out that he can find people who can potentially become killers. It seems that he cannot manipulate any person to kill. Especially if the person is morally against killing, or has not endured a life crisis before. He somehow picks people who have endured such crisis, then impels them psychologically, stimulating their fears and desires to kill for him. Now I just do not understand why is Johan trying to eliminate his past? One possibility is the one Tenma's friend mentioned (didn't catch his name). He might have found a perfect family. This would explain few things. One is why he is looking for Anna, his sister. Finding her will make his family perfect. Another one would shape a possibility that Johan has chosen Tenam to be his father. If we follow this hypothesis, then underneath the intelligent monster, hides a desire for happiness. And I do not mean the good side of Johan, but that his monster side is wishing for a happy life, with a perfect family and is now using his inhuman abilities to accomplish this goal. While the good side, agreeing on the goal, strongly dissents the ways monster side is trying to achieve it. But then again, this is just a hypothesis that struck my mind while I was writing this post. |

Like, where was Dieter in this episode? He was with Tenma before this whole endeavor, but all of a sudden it's just Tenma. He was in the hotel. :) Dieter doesn't need to follow Tenma everywhere he goes. Tenma was just talking with his old doctor friend, why should he take Dieter with him? |

| That was a pretty sweet episode. If you put it into a 2 hour format and put in some action you'd have a blockbuster by hollywood standards. I'm looking forward to whether Tenma will be manipulated by Johan or not. Johan can manipulate killers but will Tenma be a killer or pacifist in that regard? Johan really got another leg up in my book as a creepy maniacle killer, without even being on the screen. Motivating that killer in such a dark and creepy psychological way really developed his evilness. |
| Tenma was wearing a short sleeved shirt, so he couldn't be cheating. At least, not in the same way his friend was. Great episode, I can't wait to see where this leads! ^^ |

| They now Kind of have enough evidence to prove that Tenma is pretty innocent, or atleast not guilty until Johann is captured... But I guess that would make the story alot shorter and less interesting. |

| The timing of Tenma saying he cheated and the suspense and build up with the doll. I swear, it's the simplest little things that make a series great, and boy, is this series great. |
| OMG that doll! About Episode: I wonder why that doctor where asking those questions for that guy. I wonder what happened to that Miss Kempf. So Tenma gave those clues that was in papers to his classmate Rudy. Interesting, Also Tenma cheated in test :d Woah! that guy was freaky that sunglasses dude. Also when Rudy went to that cellar basement room and when he saw those Jungers child pictures and so on. I was kinf of creep out when they showed that doll and those pictures had only use to glue them. Really scary part. So Johan send that many letters many people with same writings and stuff. So Johan is trying to erase his past maybe because he did those evil deeds and he wants to get rid off them. I mean now Good Johan not the bad one. 5/5 Great anime so far |

| what an amazing episode :D so Rudy and Tenma used to know each other. i don't think there's nothing wrong in cheating(sometimes) since despite cheating, he still became a amazing psychologist so he probably would have made there if he was caught. so in away cheating helps, plus tests can be a bitch sometimes and asks trivial and nonsense questions just to test you. the killer was pretty disturbing, but yeah the doll was freaky as hell. what the hell!! i think what Yohan did is that he intimidated the criminal by looking into his past, then he trick the killer into thinking the Kempf's lady was his real mother. so using the doll as his reminder of the past since the killer used to beg in from of the doll to save him from his mother so the killer killed her thinking she was playing with him. though could it be that the Kempf lady was Yohan's real mother and he wanted to silence her to erase his past? i wonder what Nina would think if she saw the photo of her? and yeah i do think Tenma did cheat, but not in away Rudy did, at the same time he could be lying just to make Rudy feel better. also anyone noticed Dieter was not here? what the hell Dieter always follows Tenma!!! either way amazing stuff!! want more of this episodes!!! |

| I was wondering if Johan was faking the personality split as well. It's hard to tell. The psychologist seemed a little quick to assume Tenma was guilty. The atmosphere really is one of the best parts of this show. |
| I think Johan is faking the split personality as part of his manipulation/toying with Tenma. The way he does it with everyone, including this glasses killer, is super macabre. And I love it. Btw what's Lunge doing to catch Tenma now? I hope they focus on him soon. |

| Wow that Rudy guy was a fucking bro. Props to him for assisting Tenma in his escape. That doll in the basement was really unsettling...*shivers* Now when I think about it, the split personality was probably fabricated by Johan to make Tenma pity him. Great episode. Was a tad bit confusing but it all made sense in the end. 8/10 I hope Lunge gets some more screentime. He's such an interesting character. |

| I'm going to suspend my disbelief and pretend that it was pure coincidence that a criminologist, and one of Tenma's former classmates; not because Rudy is a criminologist Tenma was looking for him precisely for that… but because he was interviewing a murdered that killed a person because Johan was giving him those instructions... this clue/tip about Johan came out of the Divine Providence XD other than that it was an interesting episode delving into the mind of an assassin (I wish this chapter spend more time analyzing that criminal)… oh and that "I was cheating too" Rudy overanalyzed that stare of Temma in the classroom for so many years Lol! |
