| As someone who is 165cm/5’5, when it comes to female characters I am in the middle, most of them being either one to five inches shorter or one to five inches taller than me, much like it is for me with real-life other girls and women. When it comes to male characters, however, almost every single male character that I’m a fangirl of is taller than me, except characters like Levi, though even for characters like Levi the height difference isn’t that strong or noticeable (my mom is 5'3 just like Levi for example so my slight height over Levi isn't something to really brag over). But what is shocking to me is how some characters I used to think were tall as life when I was younger now that I'm older are not only somewhat short but are shorter than me, such as Luka Megurine surprisingly being only 5'3 despite being usually drawn like she's around 5'7. To know a character usually portrayed as tall is in reality the same height as my mom (man this made me realize that lot of characters I am fan of happen to share my mom's height what a coincidence lol) is weird. |
