No. In last couple of chapters the boy( I don't remember the name of the main boy ) got know her goal accidentally but he don't care of it. but in final chapter Yamada tried to hit to the boy with a huge stick or something (I don't remember it) so he may get amnesia and she can take care of him ( because she deeply love with him and she want him) but she fail. But you about the boy he don't care about those things or he didn't realise the stick (its totally funny) ( stick or chair I don't remember) and he tells her He is love her and the End of the Manga. ( they already dating too) so thats it. Its totally wholesome and there were no NTR because she failed everytime and her 100 s*x dream failed too.

I am asking how you would feel if Yamada actually had s*x with 100 guys. What if the ending was far different?
