She's in her 30's right? Then why does she act like a teenager with no understanding of her own identity? The stuff she says and thinks and the stuff she does are hugely in contrast to each other. Not saying I dislike her, but she sure doesn't give off a "mature older woman" vibe

She is in her 20's, and going off the first episode - was a workaholic and kept to herself - so guessing her life skills are very underdeveloped.

She is in her 20s as stated earlier, but she had no friends, and was an introverted loner who didn't have many social relationships with people.

"How was Sei an adult in the real world?"
Just like how some people on MAL are adults in real world. It's not that hard to imagine.

Her actions in the current world she's in are humble and friendly. Because her routine in her past are repetitive work and she's kind of introvert. Let's just say she wants to imply things she can't even do in a world she came from (aside from her powers which is healing).

Maybe you’re right, but I don’t think she’s that immature that I would call her a teenager. Also, maturity isn’t always linked to age, and I expect the only reason she’s twenty, so that she’s in an age that qualifies for work and marriage or engagement.
I'm curious, what is the the traits of mentally mature women in your opinion?

She actually seems quite mature to me? Sure, she’s probably flailing around guys but who wouldn’t these guys are hawt.

But that aside, don’t you think she’s pretty level-headed & calm? Like when she’s discovering how OP is she & is probably the true Saint, she would rather keep all that to herself & doesn’t go around panicking, granted maybe she just wants to keep the status quo & is enjoying her current state of life there. But she is also shown to be really caring, empathetic & selfless while putting others before herself & “exposing” herself by healing the injured knights. Maybe the character development is slower since it’s pretty much just SOL-tings these first few episodes with the plot really just only developing now with the whole Sei’s-the-real-Saint thing, but it’s pretty gradual.

Just wondering what do you mean when you said she has no self-identity. She probably doesn’t think much of herself either, didn’t seem like she was too pleased with her boring, overworked corporate life either.

but i’ll probably remember over and over again
you were there and everyone else was there

Because she has no love experience and is one of those diligent workaholic types. I think she tends to devote too much of herself in work so it has hindered her social skills. Plus she probably didn't take proper care of herself until she got to this world so she might have been used to guys wanting her. Though she is mature in that she didn't just want people to wait on her and treat her like a saint. The girl summoned with her shows her immaturity in blinding going along with being the saint and following the prince.

in her 30s??? Were you watching "Net-juu no Susume" at the same time, that anime has adults acting like teenagers. The all the men in the anime think Sei is be beautiful and the young women act like she isnt much older than them. I never thought 30s. Now I think of it she never ask for pads or invented the pad. Women in victoria era used to stuff items to catch the "flow".
