Would you recommend "Hige wo Soru. Soshite Joshikousei wo Hirou."?

I am currently looking for a new romance anime to watch, I stumbled across "Hige wo Soru. Soshite Joshikousei wo Hirou." and it sounds like an anime I'd enjoy only issue is that it's rating is "R+ - Mild Nudity".
The thing is that most romance anime with this rating I've seen are borderline hentai if it outright and I don't like these kinds of romance anime I have no trouble with some fanservice or ecchi but the characters having sex, with everything shown isn't really something I am looking for in my romance anime.

Would be cool if someone could tell me rather this anime is something for me or if I should give it a pass

I mean there's a sex scene (not fully shown) in episode 3, so make of that what you will.

We're only 3 episodes in, but it looks quite promising so far, especially given that the initial premise turned off more than a few people. I'd say give it a go, and we'll see how it shakes out.
