| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Dropping pottery isn't the same as a normal ceramic bowl, but it's an aesthetic that's different and exists in certain parts of Japan where prevalent. Mika's high-spirited personality and know-how keeps a certain amount of interest, as well as Naoko who has some know-how as well. Pottery isn't just confined to cutlery ware, and Tajimi City is chock full of them...plus Kappa and Tanuki? Himeno and Naoko are old-time common friends, as is Mika and Touko are childhood friends. The mystery is solved: Himeno's the Tanuki of Tajimi. |

| Love this! The first show I encountered that actually deals with pottery, and I like pottery. I wish I learnt more about them at uni, but there wasn't much course on that. It's amazing that there were so many different kinds of ceramics made all across Japan, I wanna visit Tajimi and other hotspots! Also China. So many on my bucket list!! One more point: it's also awesome that these places that are mentioned are actually real and do exist, there is a lot to learn from it when someone is a savvy and actually wants to see these things. Reminds me of Yuru Camp in which the places they went camping to were traceable, and could also make people inspired to travel to those places! Wahhhhh. I. Want. To. | Well i got a japanese pottery lesson this time, even if at those short amount of time. Its good to knowing that not just mug and plate can be made, even a toilet too, and a lot of that useful thing, also kappa, and tanuki. Obviously. Then, lol. Pretty sure Nao had a good taste there with her uniqueness. Too bad Hime still dense af with that xD. |

| Pretty comfy episode! Naoko loves tanuki, tanuki is equal to Hime. In conclusion Naoko loves Hime, we got em bois lmao. Kukuri drew Japan just like that. Didn't know there were that many different kinds of pottery specializations by region in Japan, that was pretty cool. I thought they were about to hit us with like a Yakko's world, well they kind of did lmao. |

| Very cute episode, I really liked the little song they did when they labeled the regions of Japan with the pottery they make. Live action part was cool, never knew much about pottery before watching this but it looks interesting and fun, all their mugs turned out well too (besides the one that exploded lol) and still loving that folk rock-ish OP, one of the best of the season imo |
| Very cool to see the club finally formed in its first experience outside the schools, Himeno still has a lot to learn. Was she a "tanuki" of the art of ceramics? Only time will tell. Her friendship with Naoko is something that interests me a lot, it seems that even a recent friendship can shine on this show. This is good, since the last episode was a little melancholy, due to Himeno's mother... A great experience so far!! |

| It is precisely the episode I wanted: to make known what you need to know about local types of ceramics is already interesting in itself, so I promote it only for this. However, it turned out, like the previous one, a pleasant and fun episode, too. I already knew Bizen's ceramics thanks to a series of beautiful documentaries broadcast on the national television network of my country, called "Japan seen from the sky". |
