I'll go for Mine and Esdeath, then I guess Akame.
Mine cause she was perfect for Tatsumi, she's cute and caring. I really liked Esdeath because of how true her love was, I like her personality, and she thicc ngl :) Akame had the best potentiel with her design and personality, but lack of feelings imo. Starting the anime, my biggest ship was obviously Tatsumi and Akame, but seeing how nothing was really happening, I ended up feeling completely fine with Mine, and even Esdeath (even tho knowing it wouldn't happen). I really liked Akame, but I think she could have had a lil more emotions and feelings (yes the fact that nothing happened between her and Tatsumi is the reason she's 3rd :') ) But having 3 huge waifu material in one anime is still a great thing !

Also can't forget Chelsea ! Such a great impression considering the few screen time she had. I instantly liked her, she was just the perfect balance between great design, good personality and vibe. And by the time she started to like Tatsumi I really felt like she could be best girl, but she died so fast that overall I can't say she's best girl. But best potential for sure !

Esdeath, she was the coolest character of the anime (no pun intended) and was sexy and cute yet dangerous, def one of the things that carried the anime for me, wouldn't have liked it as much as I did if she wouldn't have been there. Seryu was also fun despite being insane, and Chelsea was nice the short time she was onscreen.
