| It was a great introduction to the series even though it was confusing (especially the deep meanings). I personally feel like the fifth movie is the best one (I watched up to the sixth movie). |
| Personally, I think the best ones were always 5 & 7 for everything they represented. The movies are longer (2 Hours), plus the plot reaches it’s climax in that point and that’s when the characters are fully fleshed out. However, “best” is a subjective opinion and there’s nothing wrong with your opinion if you think the first one is better. The whole franchise for me is 8.5 as the least and showed off what Ufotable (Before becoming the massive company that it is today) was capable to do, plus is also part of the trilogy of the Nasuverse along with Tsukihime and Fate so I am fully aware my bias thors it because I love the franchise. |

| Maybe if you rewatch it after completing the series atleast once, but I still think that the fifth one was the best (I didn't like the 7th much, for some reason). Still a good movie, intriguing enough to get me to watch the rest of the series. |
| I'd probably say it's my second favourite, after Part 5. Mainly because the atmosphere and mystery presented in this first part is incredible. TypeMOON definitely made the right decision in having this part of the story be the first part the consumer received. |
