| I only started a few days ago (finished 3 volumes) but I've already laughed at least as much in every panel as I have when I watched the peak comedy parts of Gintama 2011, so yeah it probably is |

| Hmm, that's a good question, but the answer is no, D-Frag! and Fujimura-kun Meitsu are more of my kind of comedy, ehehe~xD> Not to say that Grand Blue is bad though! It still gets me laughing consistently, and it never really gets old, plus it's part of my original top 20 manga list, lol~>v</ |

| Gintama is no.1 as best yet favorite comedy anime but in Manga it's definitely grand blue also I want to mention kaguya sama |
| Gintama anime is peak comedy however grand blue manga has an edge when it comes to manga and that's mainly because how gintama is very japan specific, doesn't have official translations and need really acquainted with jap culture to enjoy it. |

| I don't think so, I didn't even know Grand Blue was mainly comedy at first, when I saw the anime and didn't laugh a single episode. Now, I did read the manga but although it is slightly funny, it got boring real fast and I dropped it... (I know comedy is subjective, so my reason of dropping isn't necessarily comedy.) I don't have a favorite in the comedy genre right now, as I really don't mind ranking things on how much they make me laugh, but Gintama (after first 60 episodes or so), Kaguya sama (things are really funny when I first see them), Konosuba (there are many jokes that felt great when I was new to the genre), Nichijou (just because of the presentation and context) made me laugh a lot. I still have to think of mangas of such kind, but Hinamatsuri comes to mind. Definitely have to find some anime comedy which I can call peak stuff sometime in my life. |
